As the year winds down we would like to thank all of the families who supported Conackamack during this school year. We couldn't do it without you! We have several positions open for next school year. It doesn't take a lot of individual time but it does take a lot of individuals giving a little bit of time. Please consider volunteering.

 

The Conackamack PTO is partnering with the American Cancer Society to hold a Field Day for Life. The students will participate in all the traditional field day activities with a little awareness mixed in. A complimentary "BBQ" lunch will be served for all students outside. The menu consists of:

Beef hot dogs

Hamburgers/veggie burgers

Pasta Salad

Corn on the cob

Watermelon

Italian Ice

 

Some special days to keep in mind:

 

Friday May 10th - The students & staff will be offered the chance to wear hats to school for a $1.00 donation.

Friday May 17th - The students & staff will be offered the chance to wear pajamas to school for a $1.00 donation.

Friday May 31st - Paint the School Purple - Everyone wears PURPLE!

Whole month - Paint the School Purple - We will be selling purple bows for $1.00 each to be displayed on the school walls.

 

All money collected will be donated to the American Cancer Society. We are looking for volunteers from each grade to participate on the day of the event. Please contact us if you are interested in being a part of this great day!
